Test The Spirit

"But though we, or an angel from heaven,
preach any other gospel unto you than that
which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
As we said before, so say I now again,
if any man preach any other gospel unto you
than that ye have received,
let him be accursed."
Galatians 1:8-9
Throughout the history of the church, Christian faith has been rooted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord. However, in today's world, the Gospel is a tool that gets manipulated by Satan to get man infected with greed and self-loathing. Today the world is filled with so-called men, women, prophets, apostles, and other false people, and this why it is vitally important to test the spirit of everyone around you. Testing the spirit of those around you helps you to truly see who they are in actuality. Let's see what the bible says about a false Gospel. The Bible says in Galatians 1:8-9 KJV, "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." These verses highlight the dangers of a false gospel and the fate to those who preach it. There is only one gospel, and that is the true Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Those who twist the Scriptures, change the Gospel for their own gain, and deny the Scriptures are judged by God and will suffer the consequences of denying and twisting the Scriptures.
Today I encourage you that if you have believed in another Gospel that does not line up with the teaching spoken of in the pages of the Bible, repent before the Lord with a humble heart and turn away from any false teaching you have believed. Learn of the True Gospel Story found in the pages of the Scriptures and cling to the Truth found within those pages. Brothers and Sisters, build your spirit to recognize this evil of twisting the Word of God and stand up for the Lord Jesus Christ!
Heavenly Father, there are so many winds of doctrine that are out there in the world today. I thank You that You are the Light of My Salvation and that I need not fear. Father, thank You for being my Guide and my Instructor. Father, if I have believed anything that is not true, I ask that You reveal it by the power of Your Holy Spirit and show me what is truth. Lord, I ask for Your forgiveness for anything I have believed that is an untruth. Lead me along this narrow road and give me the discernment I need to know what truth is. Give me the discernment and understanding to know what is right and what is wrong. Grant me insight and common sense as spoken of in Your Word. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
