The greatest strength is exhibited when we look the other way at the evil acts done unto us. The flesh wants to retaliate and avenge DO NOT give in to the flesh. Let God defend. It never ends well for evildoers.

THE TRUMPET

Hosea 8:1 “Set the trumpet to your lips! [The enemy] comes as a [great] vulture against the house of the Lord, because they have broken my covenant and transgressed against my law.”

The message is a call to each one that will heed the call to prepare as soldiers would prepare for war. To put on the full armor of light as to stand fully equipped against the dominion of darkness in these last days. The mandate is to equip and make ready a people for the soon return of their King.

JESUS THE CORNERSTONE!

Luke 20:17-18

17. And He beheld them, and said, what is this then that is written. The stone which the builders rejected, the same has become the head of the corner?

In relation to architecture, a cornerstone is traditionally the first stone laid in a structure.

The cornerstone is the rock on which the weight of the entire structure rests. In every stone building, the cornerstone is crucial. It is laid first.

The cornerstone is often inscribed with the starting and completion dates of construction, the name of the architect and owner, and other details.

The Cambridge dictionary describes a cornerstone as; something of great importance that everything else depends on.

Reading this I realize the importance and significance of our cornerstone, Jesus. He is our strength and upon Him, the weight of the whole church leans but He is more than able to carry this weight. Without Jesus, the cornerstone, there would be no church, and without Jesus, the church would never be able to remain unmoved and unshaken through every generation. Jesus is the strength of the church and we are fully dependent upon Him, but we ought not to fear for He is a solid rock and upon Him, we stand! Did He not say, "I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against my church?" Did He not say, "It is finished?"

Rika spent 22 years climbing the Corporate ladder, just to realize the ladder was against the wrong building.

She entered the fitness industry in 2007 and had 3 successful Curves franchises where she was personally involved in coaching and counseling members with further studies in Nutrition at Baylor University, Texas, and the Cleveland Heart Clinic. “There is no greater reward than making a difference in people’s lives. “

When her husband was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer in 2015, it impacted their lifestyle dramatically, unfortunately, it was too late for Bruce.

Through this experience, the Lord birthed a desire to educate, counsel, and facilitate innovative mental, physical and spiritual health solutions through an in-depth focus on individual holistic wellbeing.

Ps 138 says we are fearfully and wonderfully made. We have a responsibility to care for our bodies and not abuse them for we are the temple of God.

Disease as a Result of Sin & Separation on One of Three levels

Isaiah 59:2 “ But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden His face from you so that He will not hear.”

Sin separates us from God, but the foundation of the Kingdom of God is relationship. Satan’s attack is to destroy your relationship with God, yourself, and others. That is how he destroys our peace. When you are not at peace, you are not at ease – you are in a state of dis-ease which leads to disease.

Most of the time disease can be traced back to sin & separation on the following 3 levels:

1. Separation from God

2. Separation from self

3. Separation from others

The 1st level of separation from God the Father is from Him as a Person, from His Word, and from His love.

Separation from God as a Person

Some people do not know God at all, they have never invited Jesus to be the Lord of their lives. All healing has to begin with an intimate relationship with God the Father through His Son Jesus Christ. God wants you the know Him.

John 15:4-5: “ 4 Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you. [Live in Me, and I will live in you.] Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me.5 I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me], you can do nothing.”

Both science and the Bible say that to be healed of your disease, you need to change your mind. But no permanent change is possible apart from God, you cannot change yourself in your own strength. Apart from God, you can do nothing.

Separation from God’s love

People are separated from God because they are unable to receive His love. Some Christians are not even sure that God loves them. Often these people had an earthly father who was harsh and abusive, and they see God the Father as the same. Ps Henry Wright taught extensively on this subject and held conferences all over the world.

This area of separation from God the Father, because of the failure of an earthly father to represent Him is a big disease, it accounts for over 70 chronic diseases. We must deal with it, be vulnerable without fear and get to know His character of Who He is as described in His Word.

Isaiah 30: 18: “ And therefore the Lord (earnestly) waits (expecting, looking and longing) to be gracious to you; and therefore, He lifts Himself up, that He may have mercy on you and show loving-kindness to you. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are all those who (earnestly) wait for Him, who expect and look and long for Him (for His victory, His favor, His love, His peace, His joy, and His matchless, unbroken companionship!)”

Another aspect of God's character is: That he is love.

1 John 4:15-19:” 15 Anyone who confesses (acknowledges, owns) that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides (lives, makes His home) in him and he [abides, lives, makes his home] in God.16 And we know (understand, recognize, are conscious of, by observation and by experience) and believe (adhere to and put faith in and rely on) the love God cherishes for us. God is love, and he who dwells and continues in love dwells and continues in God, and God dwells and continues in him.17 In this [union and communion with Him] love is brought to completion and attains perfection with us, that we may have confidence for the day of judgment [with assurance and boldness to face Him], because as He is, so are we in this world.18 There is no fear in love [dread does not exist], but full-grown (complete, perfect) love [a]turns fear out of doors and expels every trace of terror! For fear [b]brings with it the thought of punishment, and [so] he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of love [is not yet grown into love’s complete perfection]. 19 We love Him because He first loved us.”

Separation from God’s Word:

Involvement in occultism (contacting mediums, witch doctors, wizards, or some other occultic practitioner, fortune-telling, playing Ouija board games, table tipping, spoon bending, etc.) opens up our spirits, minds, and bodies to the devil who comes to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10). Diseases that stem from occultism are a result of separation from God and His Word.

The 1st line of defense against occultism is knowing the Word of God.

Isaiah 26:3:” You will keep him in perfect peace. Whose mind has stayed on You. Because he trusts in You.”

Perfect peace belongs to those minds that are fixed on the Lord, and the Lord is the Word of God. If you have been involved in witchcraft or occultism of any form, you need to come to a place of repentance.
